Our Process

      Parker Lee Construction has served the Southeast for over two decades, and the Chattanooga area since 2017. It’s exciting to think about making that dream a reality, but the sheer volume of decisions involved with a new home or remodel can seem daunting. With a focus on rigorous planning and years of industry experience, we strive to make the process as smooth as possible. PLC looks forward to collaborating with you to make your vision a reality.

Schedule a meeting with us to discuss the scope of your project. Site specifics, floorplan concepts and design decisions can be monumental tasks. Early mistakes can be costly and derail a project without a predetermined budget. Travis and his team are here to provide expert guidance with each step of the preparation stage.

We'll visit your project location to determine the type of foundation and note any specific site conditions. For new builds, the direction and placement of your home can be influenced by a variety of factors such as natural lighting, geographical restrictions, view preferences and more.

Once the budget and general layout are established its time to start deciding which exterior and interior architectural elements and finishes you like. It can be difficult to finalize decisions with so many choices these days, and our designers are here to help streamline the process.

As your project develops, good communication is vital. Travis and team will meet with you regularly to assist with any questions or revisions. Parker Lee Construction handles the permits and inspections required throughout the construction process, as well as the CO upon completion.
